Hello We would arrive at the hotel after 10 or 11pm. Will there be someone at Reception to check us in? Also, cost of the airport transfer to hotel?

Hello of course there will be one of our team to wait for you. The cost for the airport transfer is 55€ until to 3 persons from both Fiumicino or Ciampino. An extra charge of 10€ is due for night services between 10 PM and 7 AM.

A modern place with very friendly people. Thank you!
A modern place but you can still feel that you are in Rome. The staff amd the owener were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautifuly set and had variety. To go around there are buses and metro station nearby.

Very Good
The property was very clean. The room was very spacious. The continental breakfast had everything you could have wanted. The staff were extremely helpful. Great location with public transport near by.

Great option for a short stay in Rome.
Very lovely accommodation in Rome. Great choice if you are staying for a couple of days in the city. The inner city and the attractions are around 20 mins walk from the home and also accessible with bus and metro. The bus stop is right in front of the home so super convenient, but not really regular. The metro stop is a 10 min walk too. The room was super clean, the bathroom was amazing and the cleaning stuff is really nice. The reception staff is super kind and helpful. The room was small and no view for me but that was no problem for me. I really enjoyed my stay at this place. Breakfast was variable and good selection in cold buffet and pastries.
Be aware if you have any pre-paid cards like Revolut there might not be service connections (maybe because of the old building) and your card wouldn’t make the transaction. I had this issue so I had to pay in cash but the stuff was super nice.

Good value for money, exceptional staff!
The staff is exceptional! Breakfast is good, but lacks savory options. Location is great and there's really good value for money.
Our room looked very different from the option chosen when booking. Breakfast had a good variety, but plenty of sweet options and not many savory ones. Bathroom wasn't the best, shower didn't drain properly and it looked a bit dirty. As well the bed sheets looked stained even though they were clean.
